Master bedroom with En-suite

I would like to share my home with a nice person. This is a 2 bed house with one en-suite and family bathroom, enclosed garden and conservatory linked to the kitchen. The place is new, modern and clean. PM for any questions or ask for more details. I would like to specify that I owe a gorgeous golden retriever female so whoever is moving in needs to be okay with that. She is house trained and well behaved, it won’t bother you at all.

I pretty much do things on my own, spend time with my dog, with family
or friends but I won’t mind a chat and a glass of wine when at home on weekends!

Small pet dog or a cat is fine, 15£pm adds up for wear and tear.

The master bedroom it’s fully furnished with king size bed and foam mattress, bed sides, chest of drawers, clothes rack. Next to the room is a built in storage for shoes/ personal belongings which belongs to you also there is a wardrobe you could also use in the spare room for extra space (just in case).

The living room is downstairs which we will share between us, fully furnished with sofa bed, tv, etc. (See picture)

The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to use, dishwasher and washer dryer.

Plenty of storage in the garage as well.

Super fast broadband with Smart wifi (extra disc router upstairs).

Due to Covid situation, we can’t do physical viewing of the property but I am happy to do a virtual tour and if you’re happy we go from there.
