lovely furnished double room to rent. Shared bathroom. two toilets and a Lovely south facing garden. Parking space out front. Located in quiet Court with a 5 minute walk to local pub.

Witney town centre is a 15 minute walk. Gorgeous little town with great surrounding Cotswold villages and plenty to explore and do.

Tenant must be respectful, clean and tidy. Must like cats, I have two, they are not allowed in the bedrooms. However, You would be responsible for ensuring they remain safe. This is included in the contract.

Room is available as short term only, with consideration of extension. I am Happy to consider a mon-fri let’s, this would be at a cheaper rate. So please contact me to discuss.
Tenant must be a professional.
Over the age of 28.
Due to my job, I won’t be accepting anyone who works nights shifts as I work from home on occasions.. All Other shift patters are fine of such as early/lates etc.

All bills are included in the monthly price. You will be required to purchase all other luxuries required for daily living.
