I have a recently refurbished bungalow at the top of the Thorney Leys estate that I live in with my partner. Our previous lodger recently moved out, and so we have availability again. The room is available until approx mid-2020, but could be extended if required.

The room itself is large (approx 3x3.6m, 10x12ft) and has an ensuite shower and toilet. It is furnished with a small double bed, 2 wardrobes and some shelving; a desk can be moved into the room if required. The rent for this room is £500 plus bills (approx. £70-90/month), plus a deposit of 5 weeks rent (£625).

About the existing tenants:
I am a 33 year old graphic designer that tends to get home at 18:00 - 18:30 most evenings; I'm into gaming, films and reading and am very easy-going. My partner is 27 and works in publishing, and as such is interested in classical literature, as well as foreign languages and dad rock.
