Double bedroom with ensuite

More photos to be added. I have a double ensuite room (with shower) that will be available to rent from the 1st of October. It will come fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, fitted wardrobe and a small cupboard that is shelved. The house has recently been refurbished including the double room available. There will also be access to the living room that has a fireplace as well as the kitchen. There is free on street parking available. The house has double glazing and gas central heating along with a shared garden (half private access to enjoy sitting in the sunshine).

I work a lot during the week so my roommate will have some space to themselves. I also have a cat named Luna, so a love for cats is a must!

Looking for a flatmate who is laidback and who likes to keep their home tidy.
