Off street parking, bus stop right outside the house, large garden, wood and bills included. Our house is not very quiet and sometimes a bit chaotic but if you want to spent the summer in a lovely location this is an excellent choice for you. We are looking for a lodger over the summer who likes outdoor sports or has a summer job up this way. 4 miles to Dunkeld and 7 to the city of Perth. Pictures will be sent on request
