My home is a cosy and comfortable extended Bungalow in the heart of the village . It is well maintained with a recently refurbished bathroom. There are two sitting rooms, one with a log burner and the other being a conservatory ( in which I spent a lot of my time ) .There is a large kitchen and dining area which looks out onto a lovely garden with large decking area. There is ample parking on the drive and outside the house and a village shop next door.
Sky TV is included along with Broadband .
Ideally I am looking for a professional person with good domestic qualities, who is respectful of others . I Live here and work/study and I am friendly and polite and do enjoy company and preferably someone with a sense of humour. Previous lodgers have always enjoyed their time spent here.
Blackford is a lovely village with great links via the A9'to Perth and Stirling and is an hour away from both Glasgow and Edinburgh , and 45 minutes from Dundee . The nearest town is Auchterarder just a five minute drive away. If you would like any further questions answered please get in touch.
