There are 3 bus services into Perth (15 mins) including one bus in the morning direct to Perth College. Off street parking is available as is some storage. Room furnishing is negotiable, as it stands a futon, a desk and a chair come with the room but this is all very flexible. 6 month minimum term desirable (but not essential).
