The house has fast WiFi, large separate living room and enclosed garden with patio and BBQ, great for summers! Parking available.

Coupar Angus is ideally located for commuting to Perth, Dundee, Forfar and Blairgowrie, with an easy drive and bus routes to all of the above.

Both rooms furnished as follows:
Single: Single bed, desk and chair, double wardrobe.
Double: Double bed, 2 x bedside cabinets, double wardrobe and under bed storage space.

The bathroom will be shared between those two rooms only.

Sociable house yet also plenty privacy.
