The lounge/diner, kitchen and bathroom would be shared.
The property is a 3 bed detached bungalow with garage and driveway for 2 cars.
The property has gas central heating and there is a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier. Broadband and wifi are available.
I have a dog (Springer Spaniel).
I don't mind sharing with a smoker but this would be restricted to the kitchen or outside areas.
I am a young minded 63 year old female who has travelled extensively and has a good sense of humour. I like to keep the house clean and tidy. I don't mind sharing with someone of any age or gender but would ask that you keep the room clean and tidy.
