I have two double rooms available: one with open views to the countryside, the other looks onto the back garden. You would have access to your own bath/shower room along with shared use of a large family sized kitchen, utility room and dining room. There is also a generous sitting room with wood burner and tv.
The house is situated in the heart of rural Perthshire, 20-25 minutes from the University of Dundee/Ninewells/Dundee Airport); 20 minutes from Perth Airport & Training base and only 10 minutes from Blairgowrie, which has all the amenities you’d require. Meigle is just over one mile away and has regular bus links to all major towns.
I would be happy to accommodate either a professional person or a mature student, above all, someone who is easy going and respectful. There are lovely walks and excellent cycling on the doorstep. Please contact me if you’d like to know more.
