Considering renting out my spare room to the right person.
It is a double room - currently using it for my table and spare chairs, however I have a double bed for it waiting to be assembled. Room can come furnished or unfurnished.
I work full time whilst studying so pretty busy all the time. I enjoy company but equally enjoy being alone. Not really one for going out late at night.
The flat is located on a quiet street with parking. Flat is newly decorated and has a spacious living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. Access to a garden too. I have added a picture of what the room used to look like when used as a bedroom and two pictures of it now.
Perth college is a 15 minute walk away, Perth city centre is a 30 minute walk away. But stop is a 2 minute walk away.
