It has large Georgian windows and spacious rooms and a parking space. We are looking for like minded graduates who are keen on a healthy lifestyle and we can provide them with the ideal place to stay near the centre of town and close to transport links. We are looking for 2 suitable applicants. The 1st floor accommodation provides you with a big bedroom with a double bed, study area and walk in wardrobe, a luxury Bathroom with double ended bath, power shower and a dining kitchen with space to seat up to 6 people. The lounge has a very comfortable seating area for relaxing as well as small area for working.
The flat is one of the 3 run by us and are part of a converted C listed stone building. The tenants get a chance to meet up easily since they are all in the one building. We provide accommodation for like minded people and this makes life a lot easier for people new to the area. The apartment has been decorated to provide a light calm space to relax when you are not working. No pets, students or D. H. S. S. – Smoking not allowed in the building. (We can provide you with cleaners if you are too busy to clean your own apartment)

Further Details - This is a refurbished modern (102 Square Metre) apartment. It is fully furnished with 2 large bedrooms, a bright sunny lounge, a great kitchen and modern bathroom. The flat has large beams and has been furnished to provide you with a modern, relaxing home, using soft colours, and carpets throughout the general areas. The large south facing windows provide lots of light.
The kitchen/diner has space to seating 6 people and is ideal if you like to entertain. Some china, glasses, pots and pans etc. are provided. We provide will all the usual white goods. We are in the middle of upgrading the entrance /underpass to the car park.
STAIRWELL /Car parking space - The cleaning of the stairwell and entrance by our cleaners is included in the rent Please keep the area outside your door clean and tidy.
Their is a secure entrance door and the stairwell lights go on automatically when it is dark.
CAR PARK - We have one allocated parking space per flat.
the under pass and outside area are lit up at night and their are CCTV cameras. Each flat has an allocated car parking space
The GREEN ROOM - next door have installed extra sound proofing so that the tenants are not disturbed.
