Pitcairngreen village is on the 14 bus route into Perth. The house is directly on the 'green' (the village park) and it's a quiet location.
I share the house with one other housemate, a very nice quiet professional who is here Monday to Friday.
There is a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom upstairs (shower) and a downstairs toilet.
The following bills are included in the rent: council tax, fibre broadband, gas and electricity. I can supply a duvet and sheets if required.
Important: I have a friendly 13-year-old dog. I am looking for another housemate who likes dogs. If you don't like dogs, this wouldn't be suitable accommodation for you.
If you work nights, given the probability of being woken up during the day, again this might not be ideal accommodation for you,.
