If either room is rented to separate individuals then bathroom will only be shared with renters x2. Rooms rent for £400 per calendar month or by negotiation if requiring both bedrooms and sole use of bathroom.
I have 1 medium size dog. Other pets welcome but will need to be discussed.

No smoking in the house. Off road free to use car park.
