Quiet Rural Location

we are a very small , small holding and can produce 90 % of our own food .we are approx 3 miles out of Prestienge you will need to have a car ! the views are stunning all year round , the double room is on the ground floor its more of a bedsit fully furnished with private shower and toilet .kitchen and utility are shared all bills included except food , I can do evening meals but this would be extra . I would consider couples but again this would be extra , I live here with my daughter and her two sons age 1 and 3 years we keep dogs cats chickens geese and sometimes a lamb and pigs , the dogs are mainly kennelled although one is in as is very old , we have no tv this is something that who evr rents the room would have to purchase , how ever we do have a projector which is available for anyone to use we have no mains water ours comes directly from a spring and is the best water you will ever taste , our previous tenant was considered as part of the family and we would dearly love to have the same relationship again , we have just installed a home cinema which anyone is welcome to use
