A single and a double room available in small housing Co-op, 9miles north of Aberystwyth, and 9 miles south of Machynlleth. On a bus route, with Borth approx 4 miles, beautiful walks and nearby beaches. There is a shared lounge and kitchen, with most mod cons; wood burner, biomass boiler/heating system, wi-fi, washing machine. The garden hosts fruit trees, a veg patch, fire pit and 4 chickens. We are currently 2 adults and 3 children part-time. We have a good community in Taliesin; friendly neighbours and a thriving local shop 5mins walk. As a Co-op, we have regular meetings to decide how the house is run to which everyone is expected to take their share of responsibility. Bills are currently £77 each, per month to include water, electric, wood, pellets, broadband etc. This is reviewed every now and again. There is a cat here, we are looking at getting another cat and dog at some point, so being ok with animals would be to your advantage.
