The room is on the second floor, with the bathroom on the first floor. This would not be suitable for anyone with access needs. A large double room with views over Welshpool and to the surrounding countryside.
The room is partly furnished, and has plenty of room for your own furniture. There is enough space for a desk if you work from home.

Shared spaces include a front room, dining room and fully kitted kitchen. The bathroom has a bath and washing machine.

Located in the centre of Welshpool, parking can be arranged privately by the tenant. The house has excellent access to public transport. The station and amenities are all a short walk away.

Cats are welcome, however due to the lack of outdoor space the house would not be suitable for dogs. Other small pets can be negotiated.

Bills, including broadband included in the price per week. Open to weekly or monthly payments depending on need.

The house is well maintained and will undergo some small improvements during your tenancy which will be agreed on before work starts.

This is a LGBTQIA+ friendly house.
