Beautiful bright sunny South facing double bedroom with gorgeous view onto the garden. Double wardrobe with hanging space and shelving and space in a chest of drawers. The third double bedroom is currently a study which is seldom used and is offered as a tv/living room, also south facing. It has a desk and chair for working from home and a large pc screen which can be hooked up to your laptop to watch streaming services. There is a treadmill in the corner which i use for brief periods. The desk also doubles as a dining table or place to sit a tv.
As I use the en suite you would have the main bathroom to yourself most of the time, avoiding clashing shower schedules. I use it for baths, and guests/ use the toilet when visiting.
Shared access to a large dining kitchen for cooking/ eating. Shared space in a fridge freezer in utility room and use of washing machine.
I have BT broadband with wholehome wifi extenders which also cover the garden.

There is a very large conservatory with chairs, sofa and dining table. This will be a shared space and i use it almost all year round. A little sun heats it up nicely and it is a lovely place to relax and read.

If you like nature/outdoor spaces/gardens this could be your dream home. I have a very large garden with two patio/ seating areas. One is under cover with patio heater and outdoor fairy lights. The garden is a joy to sit in and has been described as an oasis of tranquility. Every season displays different plants/flowers and colours.

The main living room is my own personal space but open to the possibility of an occasional girls movie night with or without face masks, lol
There is driveway parking and the local bus stop is a short walk with excellent links to Braehead and Glasgow. Express service buses run regularly and there is a train station in the next village, which is a 5 minute drive. Paisley is 5 mins and Glasgow 20 mins on train. Glasgow Airport is less than 10 minute drive. Local shopping centre is less than a 5 min drive and is an easy walk via an underpass at end of the street. Stunning Loch Lomond is a 25 minute drive away.

Utilities and council tax are in addition to rent. I am looking for someone who will treat myself and my home with respect and is clean and tidy in both personal and shared areas, and also be respectful in regards to noise and music/tv volume levels etc.

I am 55, and work predominantly in college as a beauty and complimentary therapy lecturer. I specialise in anti aging so you could leave looking 10 years younger! Lol. Although im 55 i look 10 to 15 years younger and have a very youthfull outlook on life. I adore music, especially the 80s, go to lots of concerts, gigs, festivals etc, have lots of friends and a very active social life. Love dancing and still go clubbing but the dj finishes at 11.30 not 3am lol. I love wild swimming and do it all year round at loch lomond, listen to lots of podcasts on getting the most of life by being well and healthy. I have a National Trust membership and love nature as well as lunch/dinners/shopping in town. I volunteer with the Botanic Gardens in Glasgow and did a Horticulture Qualification with them 3 years ago. My working pattern is mainly Monday to Friday and im usually up around 7/8am and midweek usually in bed around 10.30ish. Also frequently doing beauty related stuff so often seen walking about with face masks or trying out treatments. Happy to give advice if required 😊 Any questions get in touch.
