I have a good size room to let, currently has single bed within, but could fit double if you had your own? All other bedroom furniture included. Room also has own separate heating supply from house so it can suit the tennent the way they like it.

All modern utilities in kitchen, including washing machine, fridge freezer and tumble dryer etc. As well as your own bedroom there will be storage in the kitchen provided and storage at the main door for outdoor clothing and shoes etc.

5 mins from Glasgow airport, shops, 2 train stations, Glasgow city centre only 12 mins on train!

Flat is fresh and airy! Traditional sandstone Manor House converted into 3 flats, this flat is the upper flat!

Parking available on driveway or main road?

Recently re-floored and decorated throughout, work still to be done on finishing touches and kitchen area. All work will be completed by end of January

I am a 32 year old professional and I work shifts including night shifts, on my time off I do like to have days in the house but also catch up with friends and family! I’m a very clean neat and tidy person and this is evident in the house. Very sociable but do also like time alone to catch up on box sets 😂 (who doesn’t) any questions please ask 👌

Also I have a wee dog (Jack Russel) lovely wee temperament, very happy and cuddly dog, would ideally like someone that likes dogs, someone that would possibly pay her attention etc when I’m not around
