I have listed a double bedroom in my home, which is fully furnished and offers great accommodation. This is part of a 4 bedroom detached property, with garden and located in a nice cul-de-sac. Local amenities - Supermarket, Cinema, restaurants and Paisley St James Station. There is also on street parking, which is very safe., and you're free to use my driveway :) Fibre Broadband, etc is available. I am tech savvy so my home is modern. The living room is large, with a great kitchen, dinning room and conservatory.

I am fairly sociable, and normally have a few friends over about twice a month on weekends. I also go out on some weekends. I love films, the gym and having night ins. I am looking for someone similar, who is clean, tidy and not too loud. I am a full time professional and about to start a Masters Online, so I am fairly busy. I also visit my family a lot. Trust is very important. My home is your home, once there is trust and honesty. I am just looking for one flatmate :) I hoping trial this for 6 months.
