The room, fully furnished is a short walk to the University. Ground floor flat on a raised piece of land with a large shared open plan Kitchen, Dining Room & Living Room.
I am a student at UWS so will be taking part in regular online uni sessions and calls but these will be of little to no disruption to you.
I am a fairly quiet guy who enjoys watching films, cycling and lots of other sports! Most nights you will find me cooking and watching something on TV so happy to cook and watch things together...always looking for new recommendations for shows/films!
The flat is non smoking, in a quiet building with no parties and must be kept in a clean condition. Guests allowed but not for extended periods of time.
All bills included apart from electrical.
Lovely double room with double size closet with sliding mirror doors. Fully furnished with double bed, desk and office chair. Double bed can be swapped out with a single bed on request for a larger room space.
