Large Double Room

Hi, I’m Kieran, recent graduate currently working full time with the NHS.

Large double room for rent with all bills included happy to provide a breakdown of this if needed. Located directly opposite the Mile End centre in Paisley town centre easy access to public transport and motorway links. Flat is on the ground floor and there is a communal living room, kitchen and bathroom. Entire place was freshly decorated prior to me moving in recently and bathroom and kitchen were installed in the last couple of years. Just to make clear the room is unfurnished the pic is from the last tenant as the room is currently full of boxes while I unpack so would have to provide your own furniture etc but the rest of the flat is fully furnished. There is easy on street parking away from the main road available and high speed broadband comes already installed.

I’m open to students, other professionals etc and couples although this would need to be discussed. Pets again need to be discussed generally a cat is fine but dogs would just depend on size.

I’m v easy going and had flatmates for the last 4 years so Im used to living with other people. Ideally looking for someone similar I can get along with.
