Need tenant for my replacement

It's a great place to be in from price, amenities, and location standpoints. Room is located on 1stfloor with features: 1 Bed, 1 Chair, I Study Table, 1 Side Table, 1 Cupboard, Attached Washroom (shower area separated by glass door). There is also a big shared kitchen with storage space equipped with appliances like Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Stoves, Grill Oven, Fridge, multiple Storage spaces, etc.

There are also tons of other facilities here like laundry, vending machines for snacks, common study rooms, social spaces, etc. and they organize various events throughout the year to interact and socialize with other people.

Its location is very prime with all the shops like grocery, restaurants, medical, clothes, bank, etc. within 5 minutes of walking distance. The commute is also great with Paisley Gilmour Station right opposite the apartment (2 min walk and takes ~9 minutes to reach Glasgow Central), followed by bus and taxi stops (again 1 min walking distance).
