Room in Black Isle cottage in idyllic location

Double partly furnished room in single storey cottage near the Cromarty Firth. 11 miles from Inverness, 4 miles from Dingwall. Beautiful rural setting but you would need a car or bike. Nearest bus is two miles, nearest train and shop three miles. Very accessible too though, close to the A9.
The kitchen doesn't have a dishwasher or microwave but there is room for a mic if you have one. There is a lovely wood burner in the living room, use of a shed. Off road parking.
The rent is £400 including all bills, everything. My landlord would require a deposit of £275 and a reference.
I am looking for a working female housemate with no pets, aged over 30, someone considerate and easy going, not too loud! If you smoke it would need to be outside.
I am fairly quiet, easy going, a bit messy house wise. I work in Inverness so have to be up at 6.30 every weekday. Don't watch much tv, go away a lot at weekends. I don't own this cottage, the new housemate would become a joint tenant with me.
