1 Double Room in a Semi-Detached Bungalow

A newly decorated with a new carpet and double bed. Has a built in wardrobe and two bedside tables.
Very basic furnished room. Has accessible double doors that lead into the shower-room that has a sit-in seat. So this room would be suitable for a wheelchair user.

It is based in a semi-detached bungalow, a 5 minute walk from the cozy and content village of Fortrose.
It is 8.2 miles from Inverness, there is a regular bus service.
It is based in a modern neighbourhood with some families and couples.
5-10 minute walk from the Leisure Centre (includes gym and fitness/hobby classes), local coop, Fish and Chip Shop, Boots pharmacy, a cafe, a restaurant and deli, a butchers, jewellery shop, Doctors surgery, three christian churches and a veterinary.
There is a bus stop in my neighbourhood, the Fortrose/Inverness 26, with a service that starts at 7:23am then comes every hour at quarter to until 1820. There is another bus service that runs from Cromarty to Inverness, services 26A, 26C & 26U (the one that goes to UHI); it’ll stop by the Church and High Street in Fortrose.

I am looking for a reliable, respectable and sensible person who likes a quiet, relaxing home life.
I do not allow any parties at the house, a quiet drink with a partner or friend(s) is fine but please be considerate of your roommate. Also take turns in cleaning the house, doing chores such as emptying bin, and ensure to clean after yourself when in the kitchen, living room and bathrooms.
I can do a showing around the house and area, give me at least a week’s notice.
