Room for rent in a nice area

Hello!

Myself and my current housemate are looking to have a new friend join us in our three bedroom rented home. We feel like the price we offer is pretty good, the £80.00 represents your rent each week, with this price it includes wifi.

Other bills such as electricity, food bills etc can be discussed when contacted.

We do have pets and we do accept pets, but only if your pets are friendly and get on with other animals. We have two cats and a big old clumsy springer spaniel.

Your room would be upstairs, it is furnished so you would have your own bed frame that has a mattress on it, (you would only need to provide your own duvet and pillows)own wardrobe, a reasonably sized cabinet, a small bed side table and access to loft space.

It is a shared living room but we believe we are friendly enough people for you to join us at any time. If you are a quiet and conserved person then you are more than welcome to get your own tv for upstairs!

It's a shared bathroom but we do consider ourselves to be clean and hygienic and we would also like you to be the same.

We consider ourselves to be bubbly, outgoing and we do highly enjoy being sociable, we do have friends round for parties from time to time and when I say from time to time that genuinely is an honest statement. We tend to go out most of the time, saves us from having to clean the mess in the morning he he!

We also like outdoors, taking the dog a walk, camping so if your into that sort of thing you are welcome to join us!
