Comfy large room with adjacent shared bathroom, kitchen, large lounge, and a huge riverside garden. All Sharing with friendly owner and his wee dog. Owner also has some private spaces. There’s a wood stove, good parking, Wi-Fi, and a great pub within 3 minutes walk.
There’s direct access to several woodland and/or riverside walks & bike routes.
Dingwall is 3 miles away and offers most things people need. Inverness is about a 20 minute drive, or there’s an excellent bus service.
Council tax band D, and other bills are included, basic household chores are shared. I am keen to hear from someone who likes dogs, and is happy to share some gardening and/or cooking!
