Cosy Double Room Furnished with Good Space

The 3 Bedroom house/lower villa is located just 5 minutes walk to town centre where there are shops for every need. Tesco, ASDA, Home Bargain, M&S, Next, Subway, Dolmino etc. etc. are located on walking distance.

HW/ Borders campus is on 20-25 minutes of walk. In short the location is central.

I live by myself recently (last year) moved to Gala. I am fairly open minded person respectful to others and have shared accomodation before.

It is very clean house recently refurbrished to high standards.

About room, It has a double bed with leather headboard and two drawers within the bed. There's a chair in room. There is a small 4 tier bookshelf. Bedding and towels are provided. There's a two drawer bedside table with a table lamp. There is private tele in the room. Room has a built in cupboard with various shelves, railing and compartments. Blinds and curtains are there. Every single thing in room is new and never been used.

I hope everything is available in accomodation to live comfortably. You will share the house with one person only.
