The large kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas hob & electric oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave and all the crockery, cutlery, pots & pans you need.

Shared lounge/dining area included.

There is a separate large utility room with a second sink and washing machine/tumble dryer.

Just a 10 minute walk to Ironbridge pubs/restaurants and local Co-op.

I own a short-haired black & white cat, who lives in the utility room area and outside but does come into the main living space in the evenings.

The back garden has an extensive patio area with year-round seating, there is a second smaller, sunny raised patio with wooden seating and a seating bench at the top of the sloped garden with great views.
