Centrally heated house. The room has its own hive zoned heating control.

There is off street parking for one extra vehicle. Conservatory and a pleasant suntrap for a garden to relax.

10 Min walk to Bridgnorth High Street. 3 min walk to local shop.

Telford, Shrewsbury, Kidderminster and Wolverhampton 35mins away via Car.

I would consider 2 existing house mates, as I do have another double room available but it would be shared bathroom. I will consider couples for a slight increase in rent.
