Hi there and thank you for showing an interest so far!

Im looking for a respectfull housemate to share my home with. I have 2 cats who are very sociable and gentle, so you would need to be an animal lover.

I recently relocated from London to Broseley eight months ago and bought the house as a project. Although it is clean, compfortable and homely, it is my intention to renovate it over the next couple of years, room by room so you'd need to be OK with that and that's partly why I have priced it accordingly.

Ive been told by previous lodgers that I am an "easy to live with" landlord as I do allow people to treat it like their home as opposed to living in someone else's. You would be expected in return to share all the general house cleaning and gardening.

The room is a decent sized double that can be furnished or unfurnished and you are very welcome to decorate it to your taste or im happy to white wash it. There is addition storage space in the loft should you need some.

The bathroom is clean and functional and there is an extra downstairs toilet.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need and includes a microwave, dishwasher, your own under-counter fridge. There is also a large washing machine and tumble dryer to use in the winter months.

The living room houses a large dining table, couch, large telly and an open fire place.

The garden is a sun trap and have outside dining, BBQ, sun loungers and a 10ft round pool during summer, plus a shed for bike storage.

Parking is free but on the road as I use the drive but this will change so that two vehicles can park off road.

Within a 5 minute walk you will find a CoOp, post office and doctor with Ironbridge just a little further.

All the bills are included.
