This part of Shropshire is considered to be of outstanding natural beauty as it is Surrounded by the Longmynd, Lawley and care, Caradoc hills. A great place to live if you like to hike or walk. Two minutes walk to train and bus station, Main A49 also two minutes walk Shrewsbury is 13 miles away also 13 miles south is the market town of Ludlow.. I would like someone who is easygoing, Clean and tidy around the house Also respectful of other people and neighbours Don’t mind smokers as long as it’s in the garden No drugs permitted Would prefer no partners staying over. You will have full use of kitchen and sitting room and garden, Also parking available on private drive. Would prefer a female to share as I take pride in my home and am looking for someone who will be tidy and respectful of my home. . I am happy to consider Monday to Friday or seven days a week. Rent will be adjusted dependant on option chosen. All regular bills are included. I am a self employed landscape gardener. I have lived and raised my family in this area for best part of 45 years
