Thanks for taking a look at our property. This is a newly renovated house with double en-suite rooms within easy walking distance of the Princess Royal Hospital and the local centre. Google maps confirms it's an easy half a mile (10 min) walk.

There is a bus stop at the end of the road and less than a 2 minute walk to either the local recreation field and wooded area or to feed the ducks at Leegomery Pools, whilst the local centre (2-3mins walk) is home to shops, a chemist, doctors, community centre and a café.

The room available is a double room with an en-suite shower room and furnished with a bed, wardrobe and a bedside cabinet.

There is a shared kitchen containing all the things you would expect of a kitchen as well as a washer/dryer.

Our lovely cleaner comes in once a week to take care of the communal areas and garden for you.

All bills are included in the rent as well as high speed fibre broadband.

Working tenants only please, no couples, room available immediately.
