The house

Double room in Leegomery, 10 minutes walk on pleasant paths to the Princess Royal Hospital. Also easy access to Hadley Industrial Park, M6 and Harper Adams University.

The room has a double bed, desk, full size wardrobe, chest of drawers and an en-suite shower and wash basin (no toilet in the en-suite, but two other toilets in the house).

The house is well cared for. It is warm with a good heating system and plentiful hot water. There is a good quality fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble drier.

The other occupants are friendly and cooperate well in the kitchen. They work at the hospital. Non-hospital professionals would also be welcome.

On and off-street parking is available and secure bike storage. There is a large pleasant garden with raised beds to grow your own fruit and vegetables if desired.
