There's plenty of storage, all antiques, including a large wardrobe, two bedside cabinets and a chest of drawers with mirror over. The room has twin aspect windows fitted with blackout blinds and curtains.

The room is fully furnished, has a stylish vanity wash basin with fresh water for tea/coffee making and room for a desk and a sofa or armchair, if desired.

You will share a lovely, quality bathroom with shower with one other person and have use of a characterful split-level kitchen diner with range cooker, dishwasher and washing machine.

All bills and broadband are included, as are cleaning products/toilet paper and basic toiletries. Plenty of parking available with bus stops to the town centre and beyond virtually outside.

Although the house is on a busy street, the room is at the back of the house and therefore reasonably quiet for such a handy, central location which is also within easy walking distance of supermarkets/local amenities and a few minutes’ drive to Telford town centre and train station.

You’ll share the house with us (the two homeowners), one other lodger and our cute cat. The size of the house and unusual, spacious layout means we are not living on top of each other.
