Very well appointed, tidy, modern and stylish (but comfortable) rooms now available, in a communal farmhouse, which is above all, peaceful and 'quiet' with well-appointed communal rooms, a cinema room and large garden with chickens, ducks and two very gentle dogs. This is a wonderful, characterful Georgian home with large farmhouse-style kitchen and breakfast room, spacious iving room (with 55inch flatscreen tv) and a separate dining room (for guests if required). There are two separate showers and an extra family bathroom, three toilets and an en suite for one of the rooms. A great variety of size of room and affordability is available and this would suit professionals and/or any age of regularly-employed/studying person who loves the countryside but who would also enjoy the convenience of being close to town shops (2 minute walk), fresh eggs at home, a large garden and Tesco, Aldi and Lidl just around the corner. This is a strong communal and sharing house feel with the existing tenants of the past, having become friends. There is ample parking and very well-presented rooms to suit both males and females. The landlord is not often there but very friendly and open-minded to your specific requirements and working schedules. There is free internet and tv access,, fast and wide broadband, storage for security and bikes and an additional office space within the grounds; if so required.
