We are live in landlords who are looking to rent out one of our spare bedrooms. We would prefer a female due to the male landlord working long hours and the female landlord not being comfortable living with another male.
We own a 1 year old spaniel dog so the tenant would have to be ok living with a dog. He is very well trained and is no trouble. He is very friendly.
The bedroom on offer is a large double bedroom which can come furnished or unfurnished. There is also a aerial connection for a TV in the room.
The house is very modern and we have recently decorated all rooms.
There is a Drive big enough for one car, however there is enough room in front of the house for on street parking, the drive can be used by the tenant when the male landlord is at work / away.
The rent would be £450pcm, this includes all bills. We have Fibre broadband and Sky TV available.
