I have to rent a beautiful, newly refurbished King Sized room within my 4 bed Georgian home.
The room is en suite, so full privacy will be guaranteed during your stay - the room is fully lockable too.
The house benefits from unlimited parking (free public car park adjacent to the house), a utility room and downstairs toilet, modern kitchen, dining space and communal lounge area. All other rooms are for my personal use.
I’m looking for someone who is clean and tidy, and respectful, I am a sociable person but work often long hours and will give you as much privacy as you want or need.
There is a garden at the rear of the property, smokers are welcome but not permitted to smoke indoors at any time.
