Bay windowed room with small double bed and drawers. Leading off the bedroom is a handy 'den/cozy room' with wardrobe.
This is a quiet house in a
quiet cul-de-sac.
Good street parking and occasional use of drive.
One friendly well behaved dog, one friendly well behaved cat.
Large kitchen diner.
There is another sitting room which is available sometimes too.
There's a good sized shower room with sink and loo. This bathroom is only occasionally used by other family members as there are also 2 other full bathrooms in the house.
Lovely garden with covered outside living area (dining table, patio furniture etc).
This is for single occupancy only.
Preference is for a professional who works outside of the home as owner already works from home.
Non smokering home.
