Double room available in large 5 bed house.

I have a spacious double room available to the right person. I take pride in my home and keep it clean and organised.
All I ask for is a basic level of cleanliness and respect.
In return I offer a welcoming , warm and quiet home - furnished double room which includes a large corner desk/dressing table, fridge, microwave, chest of draws, double bed and shelving. Internet access via WiFi and a direct cable connection.
Shared larger kitchen where you can cook, use washing machine, dinner table. I just ask that you clean up after yourself.
I don't offer the lounge as a shared space, however I always say that after we have got to know each other the lounge may be used especially when I am working. I work 12 hour shifts and also get lots of time off.
I enjoy cooking and will occasionally offer a meal when cooking a large dinner.
It'd a drama free and quiet home. When I'm not working I enjoy playing guitar, listening to music, reading. I am interested in Philosophy of the mind, yoga and meditation.
My 2 Sons live with me who are absolutely fantastic and help me out around the house, both are very respectful, tidy and polite. My daughter who is in the Army visits occasionally, I am also ex military.
I have a 10 year old bulldog who sleeps and snores a lot and is no trouble at all.
I have let a room out to several people over the past 8 years and have met a great mix of people.
Once your application is successfully I do provide a basic Lodger Agreement and ask for a £250 security deposit, and say that where possible we give each other 1 months notice for leaving.
Close to town. Parking available.
All bills included plus access to WiFi.
Live in landlord.
