Bright single room close to Town Centre in shared home. Room is equipped with bed, under bed storage, chest of drawers, hanging rail and under bed storage.

The house is located on a quiet, private estate with on road parking available. The house is located 10 minutes walk from the Town close to bus and rail links and 5 minutes to the river and open countryside.
The room is inclusive of bills (not phone calls) and free WiFi. There is a shared bathroom with bath, WC and shower. The kitchen has a fridge, cooker, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. During the summer months there is a sunny garden and washing line.

You will be sharing the house with Martin and Victoria who are working professionals and one other tenant. We also have a cocker spaniel and two other small dogs in residence. They are very friendly but do make the occasional doggy sound so it is important you like animals and have no allergies to them.

We are looking for a friendly, amiable person to share our home who likes their own privacy and respects that of others whilst being sociable. Ideally we are looking for someone who is looking to stay more than a couple of months. We have taken care over the past 18 months to be COVID conscious in keeping ourselves and people around us safe and have taken up the vaccine programme.
