Hello. I am looking to rent my spare room out. It’s a Double room in a beautiful house. Everything is new. I’m a teacher and I work long hours and so looking for someone professional who is fairly similar in their working pattern.
Bills would include half the council tax (£70), half of gas / electricity (£40)and half of internet ;£15) so total £125 ish per month.
The room is fully furnished so you don’t need to bring much. Kitchen stuff also provided.
