The bedroom (which has one bed) is a good size with an open aspect to the front of the property and is adjacent to the upgraded bathroom. It is a third floor apartment. On-site parking is available. One of its great assets is a beautifully maintained large shared garden.

A new oven has recently been installed.

It is within a ten minute walk to train and bus stations, cafes, restaurants and shops in Shrewsbury Town Centre. The town is medieval and popular with visitors. It has plenty of history and a stunning park next to the River Severn.

The apartment is close to the town amenities and also adjacent to the beautiful Shropshire countryside

I am looking for a straight person who will have some of my interests and will share running costs.

The payment of a TV license will be the responsibility of the tenant.

Tenants who work regular hours (i. e. approximately 08.00 - 18.00) will be most welcome (as this fits in with my normal functioning daily life).

Viewings of the property can be made at short notice. Tenants can move in no sooner than seven days after verbal agreement by which time the Lodger's Agreement will be signed by both parties, work and character references received by the landlord and deposit and first month's payment made by tenant before he / she moves in.
