Internally, the house comprises; porch, hallway with coat storage, large living room with TV, dining table, sofas & french windows leading to back-garden, downstairs toilet with sink, large recently refurbished kitchen (with oven, microwave, 2 X fridge-freezer, some appliances), utility with washing machine, locked storage space and a large shared garage with access to the house & driveway.

There is a large, sunny bathroom upstairs with corner bath, shower and airing cupboard. There are three double bedrooms (one downstairs, two upstairs) and one single bedroom (unused but furnished for guests currently)

The room available is the upstairs front bedroom with large bay windows.

Externally, there is a front garden with well-kept lawn and parking for three cars. The back-garden is enclosed with a patio, outdoor seating and fire-pit for BBQs.

Utilities included in rent. Sky-fibre broadband (superfast 56mb).

Young, professional, tidy housemates looking for someone (male or female) easy-going, tidy and respectful of others' space. Anyone moving in would need to be respectful of possible shift work and varying schedules as we would be too.
