The annex is usually rented out as holiday accommodation, but given the current pandemic we have decided we would prefer to let it out for a longer time until around Spring/Summer 2021.
The annex is part of our large detached family home, but completely separate with its own entrance door. All recently refurbished with oak floors and doors, new kitchen and bathroom and new carpet in the bedroom. We are situated in a nice residential area to the east side of the town of Shrewsbury.
It has a well equipped kitchen with a Bosch electric oven and Bosch gas hob, integrated fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster. The bedroom has a wardrobe and chest of drawers, the bathroom is situated off the bedroom
We have parking available on our spacious drive and amenities close at hand (Sainsbury's Local and several pubs/chip shops are all within a 10 minute walk).
There is no outside space available apart from parking and a pathway to the side entrance door.
The annex bedroom and bathroom windows face onto our rear garden, for privacy we have frosted glass in these windows.
The bedroom is a lovely bright South facing room, there are blackout curtains to help keep the early morning light out during the summer months.
We don't allow outdoor shoes to be worn inside.
No smoking.
No pets.
The annex is part of a family home and you may hear us occasionally, we do not consider ourselves a noisy family.
At this stage we believe the annex may be available from mid January 2021 but this is not definite at the moment.
