Hi I'm Kate! I have a lovely single room( actually a small double but has a single bed) to offer for WEEKDAYS only in my two bedroom terraced cottage. The house is an updated Victorian terrace in a friendly but quiet street. The house is attached to four others and my home has a side entrance meaning there is room for and easy access for storage of a bike for example. Its a street where people are friendly but keep themselves to themselves! There is free parking but it is first come first served on street parking! I have always got a space!
The house is very comfortable and there will be use of a small garden the kitchen and dining room at certain times of day to be discussed!
The room has a chest of drawers, storage for books and personal items and a particularly comfortable bed !
My home is situated only ten minutes from local shops, eateries pubs and there is (lots) of green space to walk ,The Flaxmill is not far away for coffee and lunches and 72 is close to the cut through for town which is only fifteen minutes walk away. Likewise ,there is a bus stop five minutes walk away and the station is only fifteen minutes walk away. I have a pretty grassed garden with mature shrubs and roses. It makes a lovely spot to relax in the mornings which are sunny in the garden or at night. Preferably FEMALES Please!
