I have a three bed house with a large garden and off road parking in a quiet area in Shrewsbury close to Meole Brace/Sutton Farm .

Double room available, furnished.

I have a large kitchen, bathroom wth shower and bath and a downstairs utility with toilet- all shared areas. I have two living rooms, so ideal if you'd like your own space to relax.

Your room would obviously be your own (any changes to decor etc to be discussed first please!)

I have a 3 year old golden Labrador named Doug who is lively but lovely! He is very friendly, but I should warn that like most dogs he does malt!

I work shifts including nights so any housemate would have to be respectful of my days when I need to sleep.

Non smokers only please.
Space in shed for bike etc if needed.

I have an existing housemate at the moment, so there would be three of us plus the dog in the house together, it's plenty big enough though!
