Lovely Single Room near Shrewsbury Town Centre

Available early September. Furnished single room available in private home available to rent for a single professional. The room is tastefully decorated. We want you to feel at home so you are welcome to bring your own things and make the room your own. There is a bed, chest of drawers, under bed storage and clothes rail. The room comes with wifi and is inclusive of bills. Viewing can be arranged evenings and weekends. We would ask that you wear a face covering when you view as we will too. The accommodation is in a comfortable, clean and modern home located in the Castlefields area of Shrewsbury about 10 minutes walk of the Town. There is a shared upstairs bathroom with bath, shower and WC. All common areas are cleaned daily equipped with anti bac wipes, hand gel and hand wash stations. The kitchen has a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher etc. There is also a large, sunny garden. Smokers are welcome but smoking is outside only and not permitted in the house! The property is around 10 minutes walk from the beautiful and historic centre of Shrewsbury. The property is located on a quiet estate and there is on road parking. There are bus and rail links nearby and the towns of Wem, Shawbury and Telford are a short drive away.

The property is in a quiet area near just minutes to river walks and the open countryside.

You will be sharing the home with Martin and Vicki, the owners of the property along with Daisy the Cocker Spaniel who is nuts but very friendly. We currently have one more tenant. We pride ourselves on being hardworking professionals and like to think of ourselves as amiable and looking forward to welcoming you into our home. We are looking for someone who is grounded and a sense of permanence, someone who is looking to rent for the longer term.
