The property is located in a desirable area of Belle Vue, Shrewsbury. Within 10 minutes walk of the town centre and 5 minutes drive off the A5. 20 min walk to the train station.

I have one room available either a single or a double room...

The double room is downstairs, spacious
with bay window, facing the front of the property, carpeted with a double bed.

The single room is comfortable with a single bed and fitted wardrobes for convenience.

The upstairs bathroom or I should say shower room, is a large and spacious and has a very nice large walk in shower. Downstairs there’s a smaller bathroom with walk in shower.

Downstairs to the back of the house is a very large family room comprising of a living area with TV which has all the free to air channels and also Netflix. A working fireplace in the centre of the room, leading to the back of the house there’s a dining area with a dining table and chairs, also ideal for studying, looking out to a large landscaped garden. Situated to one side of the living area is the fully fitted kitchen, to include, washing machine, dishwasher and the normal kitchen facilities, which leads into a utility room and another shower room with toilet.

Outside is a very large rear landscaped garden with different areas to sit and socialise, its worth viewing.

At the front of the house is parking for two cars. There's plenty of parking on road, space is never an issue.

The double room and single room prices are based on single occupancy, multiple occupancy will be considered, but additional charges will apply.
