We have recently complete the full refurbishment of this property to provide four large ensuite bedrooms close to the town centre. The rooms are ideal for anyone working in the town centre, Stafford Park or Halesfield. It's in a quiet residential area with plenty of parking if you have a car. If not, there are local shops and public transportation close by, with the town centre about a 10 -15 minute walk away.

The rooms are decorated in a modern style and are furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. All rooms come also come with a wall mounted smart TV. We also have super-fast WIFI (350 mbps)

The ensuite bathrooms consist of a walk-in shower, closed coupled toilet, sink and pedestal.

There is a spacious communal kitchen with an arrangement of wall and base mounted units and a kitchen island, along with amenities including an American fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, hob and washing machine.

The communal areas of the property are professionally cleaned weekly. There is also a gardener, and maintenance team available to support the high standards this property has achieved.
